Contact inquiries
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email, selected service, project description, and company if supplied. We use this information to review and respond to your inquiry. Please avoid including passwords, payment information, or other sensitive material.
Security and abuse prevention
We use keyed hashes of IP addresses and normalized emails for rate limiting, plus submission identifiers and content fingerprints to prevent duplicate inquiries. Limiter records expire after their windows and are removed during maintenance. The hosting provider may separately process access logs for infrastructure security.
Storage and retention
Inquiries are stored in our database for up to 90 days under the configured maintenance policy. Notification copies may also be delivered to our business mailbox and handled under its retention policy. Backups and provider logs have separate retention periods. We do not sell inquiry information.
Free tools
Tool inputs are processed in your browser and are not submitted to our servers. The tools do not save input between visits. Copy and download actions occur only when requested. Browser extensions and clipboard services operate under their own policies.
Browser preferences and third parties
The site saves your theme preference in local browser storage. It does not use advertising analytics. The contact form uses a security question served by this website. A necessary, HTTP-only session cookie binds the check to your browser for up to one hour. Short-lived challenge records contain keyed hashes, expire after five minutes, and are removed after an attempt or during maintenance. Verification does not contact an external CAPTCHA provider. Hosting, database, and email providers process data needed to operate the service.
